1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QRFlux ("Service"), operated by QRFlux ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

QRFlux provides a QR code generation platform that allows users to create, customize, and track both static and dynamic QR codes. Features include custom designs, analytics, password protection, scheduling, and geo-targeting depending on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access it
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer Free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro). Plan features and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

4.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Upon cancellation, dynamic QR codes may stop redirecting after a grace period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, phishing content, or deceptive links
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Create QR codes for illegal products, services, or activities
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
  • Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Resell the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by QRFlux and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.3 Commercial Use

All plans, including Free, allow commercial use of QR codes you create. You may use them for marketing, products, packaging, and business purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QRFLUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRFlux and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

  • We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time with or without notice
  • We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in our jurisdiction.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and QRFlux
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
